Advice on how to vote online for the FISA AGM 2017

As you will be aware, as a FISA member you will have now received your voting pack by post and email communication.

Your vote must be in by 12.00 noon on Thursday 4th May.

The easiest way to avoid Bank Holliday post and to ensure your vote is not lost is to vote using the Electoral Reform Services website.

Please Note – you do not have to be a FCA member to give your proxy vote to the FCA. Simply nominate Donald Maclean as per the guide below.

Before voting online, please have your security code part one and part two to hand which can be found at the bottom of the ‘Notes to the notice of annual general meeting’ document which you received in the post.

Enter your unique Security Code, Part one and two into the allocated boxes and click Login. The following screen will appear:

On this screen, select ‘The person named below’ and type ‘Donald Maclean’ into the box provided. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Next Page’

You can then select how you wish your proxy to vote, or you may leave the boxes blank to indicate that you give your proxy permission to vote at their discretion on your behalf.

Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Submit’

After clicking on submit, another screen will appear confirming your submission and you may click ‘Log Out’

– That’s it, your vote is in!

There are other ways to vote. Details of all the acceptable methods of voting can be found in the accompanying notes to your voting papers however we would recommend using the online system as it is very easy to use and user friendly.
